I am jumping into canning again. We brought back a bushel of South Caroline peaches July 23, 2012. I am going to try and keep track of the recipes etc here for future reference. If I didn't, by next year I would have to research methods all over again. Below is my running tally of foods I am putting up. Note, this is a work in progress.
